Unable to terminate Xfinity NOW service

I recently got into Xfinity NOW prepaid connection (after switching from post-paid). I would like to disconnect the service, but everyone in xfinity is absolutely clueless about this.

I have spoken to 10 different customer care representatives in the last 3 days. Almost all of them mentioned that I need to do it in the app or the website. But, when I try pausing autopay, it says that "There isn't NOW services associated with this Xfinity ID." This is ridiculous as in the home page, it mentions clearly that there is an active service at the mentioned address when I login through the same xfinity ID. I went to a couple of Xfinity stores and they were rude and mentioned that's the service that I am expected to get for a cheaper plan.

Could anyone help with this? I am able to neither stop the autopayment nor remove my payment options in the website or the Xfinity app.

user_odxacq Thanks for reaching out for help with cancelling your NOW service. I may not be able to do it directly given it's a prepaid service, but I will certainly help find a way to get this done for you.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
