unable to remove user because payment is scheduled ???????

unable to remove a duplicate (xfinity created) user due to payment scheduled?????  [Edited: "Language"] Two other accounts (including the primary) and auto debit. removing a duplicate xfinity-created user has nothing to do with the payments or auto debit.  bill for this month this month paid in FULL.  bill for next month will auto debit like it has every month for the last forty years.  Having two accounts for one person creates confusion with password manager, etc.  Please remove it.

and its a secondary user that xfinity apparently invented.  has nothing to do with the payment which i'm sure will be auto paid like it has for the last forty years
