Unable to pay bill online

I am receiving an error message when trying to pay bill. “ looks like smithing went wrong” I have cleared the cache and trued using several different systems and nothing seems to work.

Rest assured, our team is here to help. Are you logged in to your online account when attempting to make your payment? You can also try making a payment through our IVR system by contacting 1-800-XFINITY.

Thank you so much for confirming you're logged in @user_256r8i. To confirm, you are logged in as the Primary User? May I also ask what web browser you are using and if you have tried an alternate browser? Are you having trouble accessing any other pages on your account?

I have tried on crime , safari, explorer and edge.

@user_256r8i Thanks, we'll get you on the right page. Can you please try to access the same page by using an Incognito window in your Chrome browser? If that does not work, are you able to sign in on a different device, such as your phone?
