Unable to get support for a claimed to be 24x7 service on a Billing issue
I have attempted to speak to a Billing Agent yesterday around 05:00 p.m. because the seasonal charge was not applied and I was # 34 in line waiting for the call to be answered so I gave up. It is now around midnight and I am trying again but here is the auto-reply I am getting: I’m sorry, we’re experiencing longer than usual wait times. There aren’t any chat agents available right now, but you can call 1-800-XFINITY or try chatting again later. .
Moral of the story: There is no 24x7 support and during work hours it is practically impossible to talk to an agent within a reasonable timeframe.
