Unable to downgrade service online
Apologies if this is a repeated post - it wouldn't allow me to private message without posting first.
My bill has continued to rise repeatedly and I need to either get a better deal or downgrade my package. However, when I try to go to the "change plans" link on my account, it only gives me options that are upgrades from my current tv/internet bundle. I don't need more channels or faster internet, so this hasn't been helpful. How can I downgrade my service online?
