Unable to Confirm ACP Eligibility

I've been approved for ACP (for a dependent) and am entering the number provided by the National Verifier into Xfinity's ACP application, but I get an error that Xfinity is unable to confirm eligibility. I've tried via SSN as well. Xfinity refers me back to the National Verifier and they refer me back to Xfinity. How can I get this resolved?

user_4f6d70   Thank you for reaching out regarding the ACP application error. Are you getting an error about a specific quality not being able to be verified such as DOB, social or Identity? Does the information on your application match exactly as it was entered on the ACP application?

@XfinityShan​ Everything is exact. No specific quality, just a generic "We’re unable to confirm your ACP eligibility at this time" with a button to visit the National Verifier website. Which is where I've already been found eligible.

This always happens to me. Internet Essential customer service always helps and has no issue. I don’t understand why they haven’t fixed that glitch with the “unable to confirm”. It’s been like this for almost a year. They need to update that and figure out why it’s not letting us put it through manually without having to call. Everything can be so simple
