I have to wonder if anyone is home at Comcast.....I mean, why have forums where employees lurk for billing issues if no employees are lurking?
Your question is several days old. I posted a similar one two days ago and wow, here we are with no resolution, an Xfinity Assistant that fails to address the question, and phone calls with large wait times.
Because ppl go in to reduce the cost of their plans. I believe Xfinity send us to dummy pages, then if we call, the agent will do their best to talk us out of reduce your plans. This is not a glitch, it;s sales tactics.
