Unable to cancel service
I’m unable to cancel my service, not sure why Xfinity makes this so hard. I brought my equipment into a store but they said there was an error actually disconnecting my service. I was told I’d receive an email the next day about it, but this was Thursday 7/31/25 and I still haven’t received one. The employee who helped me said I could email them if I didn’t hear anything, which I did on Friday 8/1 but I haven’t heard back from him either. I then tried to schedule a callback on the site, but it said there was an issue scheduling me one. This should be much easier than Xfinity is making it.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
