Unable to Cancel Service
I chatted with serveral agents to request a cancellation of my Internet plan. They both promised it's canceled but I kept getting billed and my plan still stays active. Any clue how to get the serviced cancelled??

Depending on your billing date and when you cancelled your account you may have already been billed for the next billing cycle. This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill has great information on how you can view your detailed bill which will show your billing dates and the dates you are billed for.
