Unable to add new payment method.
Hi!
I'm trying to add a new payment method to my Xfinity account, but I'm being met with an error.
"You can't add a new payment method yet.
We need to verify your contract information to keep your account secure. Make sure to add your phone number and email address if you haven't already."
My account has both a phone number, as well as a verified email attached to it. I've been able to receive verification codes to both. But, I'm still unable to change anything on the account.
Any sort of help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hello, @user_jcrr16 thanks for the detailed post. Are you able to test the feature at www.xfinity.com and using the Xfinity app on a few devices? If this happens on multiple devices, and using both resources this will help us diagnose the issue.
