Unable to access billing

I recently made changes to my Xfinity service plan.  Since then I received a couple bills in the mail, and paid them as normal.

Now, I haven't received one or possibly two bills.  I tried logging in to my online profile on the Xfinity site, and my usual account has nothing due.  I see there has been another account added to my profile, which is where I assume my current bills are, but I can't access this account.

The Xfinity site tells me the page is hidden due to user permissions, that I am only a "member" and not the "primary member".  This is my only profile.  There is no "primary member".

Can someone please help me get access to my billing?

To send a direct message [private message]:

  •   Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •   Click the "Direct Message" icon
  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it
