Unable to Access Billing or Update Payment as Account Owner

Hello,

I’m having an issue accessing my Xfinity account’s billing information. Despite being the sole user, I keep getting a message that I’m only a “member” and not the “owner.” This persists no matter how I try to log in. I suspect there was an error during account setup. My main goal is to update my payment method, as my old credit card is deactivated, but I’d also like to be correctly recognized as the account owner since no one else is associated with it. It's important to us that you're able to access your account, user_t1iewc. Let's take a closer look together. Please send a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
 
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
