Ultimate Connectivity and Entertainment Bundle

I was offered the following, twice, in a chat:

Chris, I have checked our account and found the same deal.

GIGABIT EXTRA X2( 2100Mbps speed ) + NOW TV + XUMO 4K Streaming services for $170

So in total it will become $200 per month including all taxes and fees.

In order to receive this bundle, I had to purchase an ipad and activate which I have done.

However, I cannot get anyone at Xfinity to implement the bundle at the price above.  Can someone help?

Thank you for reaching out about this offer. You can check it out at Xfinity.com/deals just make sure to sign in or when can also check for you here. Just send us a direct message with your full name and service address. 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
