Typo in service address led to multiple accounts -- will I be billed twice?
Hello,
As the title states, I had a typo in my service address (I just forgot a number, e.g. "12 Sesame St." instead of "123 Sesame St"). When calling customer service, they said they couldn't fix the typo but set me up by making a new account. I'm wondering if my old account will still be charged for internet that I don't have, as it was impossible to set up in that address, or if there are exceptions to the contract for obvious typos like this.
