Two-Year Contract Expired--Need Help Renewing

My two-year contract has just expired and I need help renewing. Two years ago one of your agents assisted me but she may no longer be with you. Can someone help me in entering into another agreement?  I have cable, internet and Xfinity Mobile. Thanks.
