Tv video charge without Tv service

Comcast charge a TV video fee along with broadcasting fee but I do not have Comcast TV plan or their TV service. Either fraud is involved or poor billing department & Reps. They seem to randomly add charges that don't make any sense. There has to a Maryland department to investigate and stop this type of consumer fraud.

The concern is not "Channels And Programming" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

What can a Customer expert do to help this siituation. I have talked to over ten customer service agent about this issue and No one have been able to help.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.

How can Xfinity charge for broadcast and sport fee If you donot have their TV or steaming service with them. It makes no sense.
