TV box the keeps charging me that I dont have

I’ve been with Xfinity since Feb 2016. In November 2018 I switched to internet only since the tv and cable were not convenient for me and charges are not affordable anymore. I remember that year when I suspend the tv cable I already returned the box in no time. Couple of months ago I went to view my online bill to find out there were some $10 charges up to now on unreturned tv box that I don’t have or no use for. I’m having a hard time viewing my past bills for the year 2021 prior if how much I kept getting charges. If the tv box was inactive why I kept getting charged and how much or long before it would stop. Should I possibly get refunded flr this?

@user_581777 Sorry to hear there were some charges on your account you weren't aware of. We do need you to let us know about any errors on your bill within 120 days. With that being said, I want to make sure the box is removed.
