Turning in Equip Cancel Service

I’ve had the worst experience trying to cancel my service and turn in my Xfinity flex box. A box I never even used. I submitted a request to cancel last week. Xfinity, without my permission or consent, and without a way to explain why when asked, canceled my request to cancel services. I spoke on the phone today and they told me they cannot email me confirmation of canceled service. I can and have immediately received security verification codes to my email. I’ve received other emails with links to general support on the same email. But somehow magically I don’t receive emails specific to cancelation of services. This is purposeful and deceptive. Shame on this company and its international business practices to delay and deceive customers. Now, I’m at a Xfinity store to return my Flex box and they are telling me I have to wait for 30 minutes. Unacceptable. I just need to quickly turn in equipment and obtain receipt in paper form that shows I did since you obviously cannot completely complete your responsibilities due to customers. I’m appealled that
