Trying to set up auto pay, keeps saying "We need to verify your contact information to keep your account secure"
It keeps saying "We need to verify your contact information to keep your account secure. Make sure to add your phone number and email address if you haven't already" when i try to set up autopay. i have already added my email and phone number........other people have the same error, PLEASE HELP
i have tried this on different browsers and devices, same issue,

Thanks for reaching out to us, once you update your contact information. I recommend closing the website and clearing the caches and cookies or uninstalling the Xfinity app and reinstalling it. Then log back into your account and should have you go through the verification process and then you can go to the billing portion and set up the auto pay.
