Trying to return phone
So I got this phone back in April I was supposed to be on a $25 a month unlimited plan unlimited text talk and internet so next thing you know I received a bill for $180 I was really confused by it because I can't afford that I wouldn't have never got this phone if I knew it was going to be this much because that's not what I was told it was going to be so I've been calling and talking to different people since April first they were going to try to lower the amount and put me on the $30 a month plan they told me I didn't have to worry about the $180 because it was a misunderstanding I even said if you can't lower it can I return it and they said yeah you return it you don't have to pay anything and it'll be wiped clean so this went on for a month in some so I take it up to the Xfinity store they're trying to get return labels because the people over the phone said they were going to send it to me and they didn't so which made me keep the phone even longer also I've been in and out the hospital but I wind up going to the Xfinity store to see if I can get a return label in the lady said they were going to send it to me she said she was going to turn the phone back on for a day and send me the return label she said that they were going to cancel out the $182 but she never sent me the return label and I've been going through this for a very long time I cannot afford $182 I wouldn't have never agreed to anything like that and I've been told three times I didn't have to worry about paying it's a lot more to this and it's really messed up
