Trying to pay my bill
I called the usual number I have always called today to make a payment on my account over the phone just like I do every month. Today when I tried to make a payment the AI voice told me I cannot make a phone payment and would have to go to a store. I cannot go to a store to make a payment as it’s over 30 miles away from where I live and my bill as of today is past due. Can I call and talk to an agent to make a payment over the phone ?
