trying to pay my balance
I have tried several times over the past week, and I was unable to connect to the final step on the payment page ! Please help me to pay my balance, even a phone number to talk to someone would be helpful! Thank you

Are you trying to make a payment online: https://www.xfinity.com/bill-pay or through the Xfinity App? From experience, I've found at times that I may need to clear cache/history on my device to complete a payment. Using an incognito window has also been helpful at times as well.
The Xfinity Assistant is another way to make a payment: https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant
The automated payment system can be accessed by calling 1-800-XFINITY
