Trying to pay bill, getting an error!
Every month I have a difficult time paying my bill. For some reason it says I am not authorized. That makes no sense...I am the owner of the account. Most of the time I end up paying offline.
Last month I was on a chat session for over an hour trying to get this fixed but to no avail (even after 3 different people attempted to fix it). It's very frustrating....help!
