Trying to Make a Payment for the Past Three Days
There is always something going on with xfinity and it is extremely irritating! I've been trying to make a payment for the past three days and I keep getting the same frustrating error message as shown in the attached image. WHY isn't the payment page working?????? I am so sick and tired of wasting my time trying to address issues with xfinity. It seems to me that xfinity's payment page, of all pages on their site, would work correctly!

That certainly is not the experience we want for our customers, and we will document the feedback. Have you attempted to clear the browser cache and cookies? If not, please complete that step and try again. If you have, can you attempt to access the browser in Incognito and see if the payment portion becomes available? Please let us know if you are still having troubles.
