Trying to cancel

I called the number to cancel and they keep hanging up on me after stating that there was an outage. Please help me cancel. I will never use this service again

user_5ugeqg If you are not seeing the bell icon, you may not be logged in correctly to your Xfinity ID. Once logged in, the option should be available.

user_5ugeqg It should be next to the Xfinity purple icon. The DM icon looks like this . If it's not available, can you try clearing out the cache and cookies on the browser? Or using a different browser to see if that helps?
