Trying to cancel Xfinity TV service

On January 18th, I call Xfinity customer service.  I spoke with a delightful gentlemen from Delhi in India.  I told him that I wanted to cut my Xfinity TV and home phone service but keep the internet service.  I believe that he effected this change.  He sent a confirmation email to me which showed all requested changes were made. I returned all of my equipment on January 24th.

My new bill just arrived!  Guess what?  TV and phone service is still on my invoice!  I knew that cutting my TV and home phone service was going to be a journey.  Nothing is easy with these guys.
