Trying to cancel Peacock Premium Plus because support to get it working is non existent

Worst customer service and support is an understatement. It’s non-existent…. I’ve been trying to get Peacock Premium Plus for over a month now and had to setup an account through Peacock because Xfinity had no pathway to do so through their platform. I guess that option is now available and somehow my accounts were merged went back to premium. After trying to go through my X1 box to upgrade, it says you need to go to Xfinity.com. So I do that and actually find the upgrade option for an extra $13.99 month on top of the almost $400 I already pay.

I think I’m good, but the change doesn’t reflect when I open the app. Logged out and in multiple times and still nothing. Chatted with 6 agents for over 4 hours combined only to be told each time that they can’t help, AFTER going through the whole back and forth with 10 minute delayed responses. They were quick to try to pitch me a new plan though. Seems like their sales team is accessible, but support is non-existent.

I even went through Peacock support and they claim it’s because I have the free premium account and the premium plus account and to cancel the free one. I tried that and when I go to remove the free account through Xfinity, it doesn’t allow me to click next - like it’s not an option to remove the free service.

At this point I want to cancel the Plus option because it just won’t work. I’ll sign up direct with Peacock. When I try to cancel online though my account, it says it “looks like we need a little more info” and that I need to call a number 844-244-8163. But it’s an AI bot that I can’t get through to talk a human. So I start a chat again and finally get through to someone who goes through the whole process for 45 minutes just to say I need to call support to cancel a service I was able to sign up for no problem. They give a number that has a message that it’s an unposted comcast number and to call 1800Xfinity, which you can’t get past the bot.

Extremely frustrating that every time there’s an issue, you’re thrown into a perpetual loop of incompetence. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL THE PEACOCK PREMIUM PLUS. Can someone please send a link to DM them, because I can’t even find a spot on this forum to even post an issue.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
