Trying to cancel and having a hard time

This is absolutely ridiculous you can’t just cancel your service this is by far the worst my account is already pass due and when I try to make payment they still end up billing you bringing the balance right back up again there is no way I can pay the fee they are asking and when you try to call they keep up sale you No all I want to do is pay my pass due balance and end the service but they make it so hard just to that I will never do business with them again this is highly unprofessional to make something so little in to a big deal I feel like I’m been scammed!!!
