trying to add my bank account.

Hello, I am trying to add my bank account to my payments so I can pay for my Wi-Fi and for my phone bill but its saying that we are unable to process your payment. I have money on my account I would like to get some help please and thank you.

@user_y2grqa Can you try to pay online with https://www.xfinity.com/bill-pay or with our Xfinity app? If you're still having issues, then you would need to call in as a customer service representative can make payments.
