Trouble Downgrading Internet Plan – No Options Showing

Hi there. I’ve been trying to downgrade my internet plan, but my account isn’t showing any options to change or modify my services. The online chat keeps looping me back into automated prompts that don’t resolve the issue, and I can’t reach a live agent.

I need a smaller, more affordable plan. My bill keeps increasing, and I can’t continue paying for speeds I don’t need. If I can’t get help downgrading, I’ll need to look at alternative providers in my area.

Can someone from support please message me directly so I can get this resolved?

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
