Trouble access my bill statements

Can’t access any of my previous billing statements after transfer my service to a new address. However, I’ve been charged for previous account. It’s super annoying to not have clear information on what I have been charged for. I can’t even log into my old account as my Xfinity ID auto login to my current account. And the switch account button is not working at all. The agent from live chat cares more about promoting new plans instead of helping customers with existing problems, which makes the whole experience worse.

Have you tried to access the billing on both our website and in the Xfinity app? Do you see your previous address listed or does it only show your current address?
