Tried to lower my bill but now it's higher then before

I lowered my bill in January and the total was suppose to be $190, but in February the bill was 330' plus and I was told about being double billed and was told if would be normal, in March the bill is still 330 and I do not know what to do any suggestions?

@user_be6f71 You've come to the right place for a resolution for your bill concerns.

If you changed your bill in February those changes would show up on your next months bill which should include prorated charges for your old plan and your new plan, the bill following would show up as normal. 

Did you receive an email order confirmation after changing your plan?

Our Xfinity App is free to download and you can log in with your Xfinity username to view your current plan and confirm your new plan shows. 

When you're looking at your bill and online service do you see the new plan on it?

Was this bill generated before you changed your plan?
