Transferring Services

Hello! I recently moved out of a house with roommates and transferred services/account responsilbity to my old roommates. I forgot to take off my billing information and got charged the month after I moved out. I called customer service and talked to a live respresentative and they said "the account has been transferred to your roommate already". I removed my billing information from the account to make sure I wasn't paying for wifi for a house I don't even live at. To this day, I received phone calls, emails, and text saying that I am late on payments even though the account was "transferred" to my roommate. How can I get in contact with someone to change the contact info on the account so they can bother my ex roommates and get they to pay their own bills?

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_rt111l, Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out. I can completely undersand the importance of putting a stop to those charges since the account was transferred to your roommate. You've come to the right place. Over social media, we are a team of specialized experts who are dedicated to resolving billing concerns such as this. We can help. I helped someone else with a similar issue before, whereas the former primary account holder, you have the option to set an XFINITY ID up for the new account holder with a manager role, like in this link here. Once they have set up their XFINITY ID with the manager role, they can switch their manager role to the primary role and remove their XFINITY ID from the account, along with updating their billing information. How does this sound?
