transferring ACP benefit

I would like to transfer my existing ACP benefit from WOW to Comcast. I was told by a chat agent to go to xfinity.com/acpenroll, so I did that - confirmed my address and submitted an order (an order confirmation e-mail showed up in my inbox a moment later). But the page never asked for my ACP application ID - don't you need that piece of information?

Good afternoon, user_ad2734

If you have any additional questions or need more information on how to transfer the ACP benefit you can contact USAC's ACP Support Center by emailing ACPSupport@usac.org or calling (877) 384-2575.

Thomas, thanks for the prompt reply, but is it not up to Xfinity to transfer my ACP benefit once I have an application ID (which I do)?

user_ad2734 The guidance we are able to provide goes as follows: confirm you have a National Verifier Application ID that starts with the letter B or Q, followed by a 10-digit number. Enter in your National Verifier ID. Remember to enter your information on the Xfinity ACP enrollment form exactly as it appears on your ACP or Lifeline benefit confirmation form. Click the Apply with Xfinity button below to sign in with your Xfinity ID and password to complete and submit the ACP transfer enrollment form.

Button that says, Apply with Xfinity.

Thomas, so here's what I get when I click "Apply with Xfinity":

Page 1 (this page lists my address twice, it's the same street address, but the city is wrong - should be Rochester Hills, not Rochester):

Hit Continue

Page 2 (nothing to enter but agree to the terms):

So when you say "Enter in your National Verifier ID", where exactly do I do that?

I do apologize user_ad2734, we would need to refer you to reach out and speak with a specialized agent. The phone number you will need to call will be (877) 384-2575.

I'm confused - that number is for the ACP support center, not Comcast. What do I need to ask or tell them?

Great question! You will want to let the support center know that you want to transfer your benefit to Xfinity.

We have a specialized team that can be reached through a toll-free phone number for customers who need assistance with the Affordable Connectivity Program, or have questions or concerns about the application process. The Internet Essentials Center of Excellence handles calls related to new customers applying for the Affordable Connectivity Program, status on pending applications and active customer transfer of service requests. The specialized team can be reached at 1-855-846-8376 from 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM ET, seven days a week. Here is a link to the website that will allow you to chat with a representative through the "Ask Xfinity" option located in the top right corner https://internetessentials.com/.

We know our customers are the best part of Xfinity and appreciate you taking the time to give us the opportunity to help. I'm confident the team mentioned above will be able to answer your questions about the program, and the next steps to take.

Krista,

I reached out to the ACP support center re transferring my benefit to Xfinity, and here's their response:

I then called Xfinity and I might've ended up talking to somebody in the Internet Essentials team (not sure). I explained that I wanted to transfer my existing benefit from WOW to Xfinity. Again, they directed me to xfinity.com/acpenroll. Again, I tried to explain there was nowhere for me to enter the application ID (see the screenshots in the previous post). Not sure if they understood me. So I submitted another order without entering the application ID:

Can I just PM the app ID to one of you nice Xfinity people so that you can stick in the order?

The internet essentials team is the one that handles that ACP program. That http://www.internetessentials.com/ site should have a chat with an agent option.
