Transferred not recorded appropriately billed 3 years later

Went into the store to correct a billing issue that the customer service reps across the world could not fix- go figure.  Entering the store only to be met with an IPad and headphone set where I had to sit in a corner and discuss billing online. Ridiculous!

Xfinity has fell through on human interaction and customer service.
They can’t solve a simple transfer issue from 3 years that was already completed stating “our records only go back one year.”

They are incorrectly billing me as devices have been turned in transfer was verified and no one is able to grant access to resolve the simplest issue!

all I could do was create a ticket a rep recommended I sue Xfinity. Maybe I should have you seen their reviews I think I have a good chance after they tanked my credit score.
Device was transferred then turned and verified but my  in account was supposed to be closed but they closed the wrong account and randomly billed me 3 years later. I don’t know why.

I asked them to look into it transferred me 100 times having to repeat the same story until finally reps said they’d handle issue but didn’t as promised!! That’s what lead me to the store now I’m here ready for war with a billion dollar complaint that can’t keep client records in line!

here’s my ticket number

I completely understand why you’re frustrated, especially with the unexpected billing and impact to your credit. Please send me a direct message with your full name and service address. I’ll be happy to review the account and existing ticket to see how I can help.
