Transfer Fee
I’ve recently moved from one unit in my apartment complex to another unit when I chatted with Xfinity via text I requested this transfer. I don’t remember anything about $100.25 transfer fee, but now here it is on my bill. I cannot for the life of me remember the agent texting me that or agree to that transfer fee charge. Can someone show me in their policy that there is a transfer fee?

Good morning Tecateroro. Congrats on the new home, apologies that you are having this billing confusion through the process. You are absolutely correct, there is never any specific fee to transfer service. The only thing that transfers is any existing balance from the prior location. You would see that listed on the bill as a "balance transfer", that amount is what was left at the last residence and migrates to the new location.
