Greetings, @user_t4w8o8! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about transferring your Lifeline credit to Xfinity. Unfortunately, the last day a customer can transfer their ACP benefit from another provider to Xfinity was April 25, 2024. You may still be eligible to apply for Internet Essentials service, however. You can find more details about this process here on our website: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/acp

If that's the case then why do your chat reps repeat over and over that the acp program ended on February 7th despite explaining that I was already enrolled in the acp for years? Your chat and phone support have been perpetuating this [Edit: Inflammatory]

user_c3c33d We apologize for any miscommunication however, February 7, 2024 was the final day for customers to enroll in the ACP program (new enrollments). Here is a timeline of the ACP FAQs for more details: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/acp-update

I'm fully aware of that but your customer support just constantly states that feb 7 is the last day even if they're told over and over that the customer is simply transferring their service from another carrier. This is sad, because you have the ability to get the money you need from the government, but you are too lazy to offer the help people need to easily switch over, and costing your customers millions

user_ae313c Xfinity is not a company that participates in Lifeline. You can use this link here to find the companies near you that do https://cnm.universalservice.org/, but we are not one of them currently. Most customers who qualify for that do also qualify for our Internet Essentials program which you can apply for here if interested https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/internet-essentials.
