Transactions Earlier Than 2022?

I'm looking at my transaction history on my.xfinity.com, and I don't seem to find transaction history earlier than 2022. Is there a way to display a full list of transactions I've made? I've been a customer with Comcast since 2002, and I've had my own Comcast account since 2013.

Unfortunately visuals wouldn't help for me, as I can't see anything. I'm what some people call "blind", but I'd rather say I'm sight challenged.

I'm what some people call "blind", though I'd rather say I'm "sight challenged", as "blind" is derogatory to me. I don't want visuals, I need to have text-based instructions.

I appreciate you sharing that, and we want to make this as easy as possible for you. On the left of the profile icon, on the top right of the page, there is another icon that has the messaging icon. You'll want to click on that one (but not in the history which you have selected now)

1. The "Load More" button doesn't seem to be there, as JAWS screen reader can't find it.

2. Where do I download the Xfinity Connect App? Does it work with PC computers since I don't have a mobile phone? How much does it cost?

Good Morning, @Annabelle2 Please keep in mind you can only go back 24 months to view billing statements. For billing statements within that time frame you can go to customer.xfinity.com/billing/services/statement/history. -Richard
