I have been a customer for 19 years im 64 had a stroke was in hospital you guys shut me down I was told I have to pay 5oo to even get my cable on im back working no cable or internet still no one tried to work with me just shut me down and am still down so much for being a good customer n

Hello, @bunlady1 I hope things are getting better during this challenging time for you. I recommend using the Xfinity Assistant to see if you can set up installments. I will post the link below. If you select" I’d like to see my payment options" using the chat," you will be able to set up installments if you’re eligible.
