to any comcast employee who can tell me if you're company will be providing new tv / phone / and internet deals this coming june 2021

i just was wondering if you are going to have a special deal's this june 2021 for tv / phone and internet service for the home with 220 + channels  home phone service and 500 mbps. internet .  service because  my current deal expires  june 16 th. 2021  . and i would like to setup a new 2 year  contact for my current services  that i have with you and my account no. is [Edited: "Personal Information"]  . so that you can look up my current account and check with the loyalty department to see if i can get the same or similar  deal where the internet modem is included in the price  . now i don't mind paying 5.00 a month for the first  box and the regular price for the additional  boxes for the tv side  . but i just wanted to tell you that i am on social security  disability  and need to keep the current  plan but at 200.00 or lower a month  .  so that i can feel like i got a good deal  because i am getting offers from satellite tv services for the same package btween 95.00 a month for tv 35.00 a month for internet  and 20.00 for home phone  service base package with att and 45.00 a month eatch for the same service with specturm so if you can help  it would be appreciated .

xfinity arleen i just sent you a private chat with my  updated information from a question i asked on april 13 th 2021 about my service program that i have with you and my email addresses of where you can respond to me  because i am on a tight budget from social securty dissability and got to watch those pennys dimes quarters and nickels and also those dollars if you can help me i would aperciate it

You can't send a private message to a specific person; you need to send it to Xfinity Support instead.

To send us a Direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon. Click this "Direct messsage" https://comca.st/33K74s5
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.
