Tickets and Refunds
Hello, I am asking for help because I had recently request a refund, the refund was pending in my bank only 30 minutes after my ticket however it reset to... a pending $0? My second question is, how do I actually confirm that my refund request is fully in the system, because when I check my support for tickets, I can only create some, not see my older and in status ticket. First, how do I see the status of my refund ticket if I cannot see all of my tickets, including if it got potentially closed, and second, could Comcast/Xfinity please get an Agent for chats, the AI chatbot is not well suited for customer requests and can only show what the customer can do themselves just by navigating through the website, not from what an agent could help with, PLUS, when asking for an agent, the AI chatbot simply just asks the previous question of what the prompt was, billing? The AI says it could reach out and get an Agent, but it doesn't, nor will.
