today i spent another hour on the phone with comcast about 917.00 they owe me from 2023. after several minutes navigating the text help thing, then several more navigating the online chat, i finally tricked the robot into letting me talk to an agent. agent jean said the credit escalation team and that they will respond in 3-5 days. this is the same thing they told me every other time that i have followed up on this issue over the last two years. they don't get back to me. and there's no contact information for the "credit escalation team" so i'm stuck waiting again. i would like to know the location of the nearest live credit team escalation person so i can go get my check.
