Three Different Amounts for New Monthly Charges
I just need to find out what my next monthly bill will be. I have three different amounts showing up in three different places. My bill was supposed to go down based on the changes I made but two of the three places I see my new monthly amount are higher. The stupid assistant doesn’t even work when I follow the prompts like it asks, and the phone maze is a joke.

Thanks for reaching out to us, I do apologize if our billing process was not explained to you. Since we bill a month in advance if you got your last statement before the changes were made, then you won't see your account reflect the changes made until your next bill cycles.
This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill is a great resource on how to go view your last 12 months of detailed billing statements.
What you want to do is go look to see when your bill date is which will help you understand when you'll see the changes reflected on your account.
