this company does not stand behind the products they install in your home

we had and we’re charged for a professional installation at our home on May 11 exactly one week later we received a window sensor bedroom alarm stating that our bedroom window was open when it was checked out there was no problem whatsoever the window was secure. There was nothing wrong at the home about a day later we received another identical alarm for the same window. I called and spoke to a service technician to set up an appointment I was told at the time would be $150 charge then when I spoke to him about it saying that the equipment hadn’t only been in my house for less than three weeks, I should not be getting charged. This should be taken care of because it was put in three weeks previous and it was not working properly. I was assured that I would not be charged $150 and they have it on their taped line. Lo and behold I’m still being charged another $150 so on May 11 they charge me $150 and then again before the end of may  I’m expected to pay another $150 for something that was not functioning properly when it was placed in my home, I cannot emphasize it enough. I’ve asked to speak to an upper level manager if this does not get rectified I am pulling all of Xfinity out of my home and I will go with another provider. They’re not seeing the forrest through the trees rather than have me for a customer for life. They rather lose that income over $150 charged. I should’ve never incurred in the first place
