Thieves and Liars
I canceled my subscription with Xfinity three months ago. Now I had a charge $65.13 in my account which I had contacted them the day of that card they told me I would’ve had a reimbursement of that within 7 to 10 business days. Now it has been 21 days since that charge and they’re now going back on their statement saying it’s a back charge from when I had canceled when there was an already previous charge of $150 when I returned my modem and $73.13 of when of when I had transferred my services to Verizon. Which the Customer Service team is not only NOT from the United States of America and KEEP outsourcing their legal or their support. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. When trying to get help the service you have to go through is all of their AI systems, which cannot hear your voice, being transferred between four separate departments. It is a waste of your time in a waste of your money. They don’t care about you as a customer. They don’t care about you as a former customer they don’t care about your money whatsoever. [Edited: "Inflammatory"].

I sincerely apologize for the experience you've described, @user_dmyk7s . I can certainly understand why you're frustrated, especially after being told a refund would be issued, only to later receive conflicting information regarding the charge. I also understand your concerns about the amount of time you've spent trying to resolve this and the impact it has had on you. I'd like the opportunity to review the account details, billing history, and any notes regarding the refund and charges you've referenced. Please send me a DM with your full first and last name and your full billing address, and I'll be happy to look into this further for you. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and I'll do my best to help clarify what occurred and review the account in greater detail. 💙
