They send me to collection and affect my credit because they said I didn’t pay a service or something that I never used how this can be possible !!!!!

Good morning user_virhu8. Thanks for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums for help with the billing and collections issue. I’m sorry to read that you are having this trouble. Maintaining an accurate credit report is vital. Things I learned in my opinion later in life that I probably should have. I can help with the account and updating the collection agency. Can you please send us a direct message with your name and the address related to the collection report. I will have to verify the account, but from there I should be able to dig into the billing issue to help clear up the trouble. Again, I'm sorry that this is happening, but I look forward to helping out!
