they charge rental pay every time even if I use my personal modem

every time they recharge 15$ about rental fee

my apartments already have a modem

and im already ask my apartment office they say i don’t need to pay because apartment buy the modem already and when i complain with agent everytime just make new premium plans , [Edited: Language]… i was use 800m internet plans but now my plan is 1.3gb [Edited: "Personal Information"]

goods plan? all agents just make big plan to customers pay more money.. i just need move out that 15$ rental fee… plz

i already have my apartment modem!!!

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
