There's been a pending order on my account since November 2025. How do I make changes to my account.

I'm trying to make changes to my Xfinity plan, but I'm not allowed to complete them. I get this error

There’s a pending order on your account

You can make changes to this order, but not all options are available to modify pending orders.

Every time I use live chat, it disconnects, and every time I call, I get hung up on.

This has been an issue since November. Help.

However, since November, you've run into an error stating you already have a pending order, limiting the changes you can make online. I'm certainly sorry to hear about the trouble, but we can certainly do our best to help. 

In order to make any changes to your account, I would need to move us into a private conversation. There, I can gather your information and complete the authentication, allowing us to cover the details of your account.
