Why did Comcast not proacticvely update my rental modem when they declared it to be "not supported" by the xfinity blast high imact service that I am paying a lot of money for? No wonder my service has been spotty and problematic! Can I get a refund of my modem rental fee? Anyone else experience this poor level of cutstomer service?

I can look into your account and see what is going on. If you are renting a modem from us, then you should be getting the speeds as advertised. Usually, this can happen if you own your own modem, and the modem is no longer supported. Can you please private message me your full name and service address? Thank you for posting to our forums.
