The Request On Demand Credit page never loads?

Over the past few months everytime I try to load the Request On Demand Credit page on the website it never loads. We have a mixture of on purpose and accidental purchases, and I'm not able to look and see what each rental is. Also no one else is able to see what's rented? That's wildly inconvenient and I don't know how to rectify this. It's very frustrating!

We'd be happy to get your account pulled up to review your On-Demand purchases and assist with applying any proper credits, rest assured our team is here to help. To get started, would you mind sending us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account including any applicable unit or apartment numbers?
